彩色多谱勒超声诊断胎盘早剥的价值

Experience of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of placental abruption

目的探讨彩色多谱勒超声(color doppler ultrasound,CDU)诊断胎盘早剥的价值和超声声像图特征。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2014年6月南充市中心医院42例胎盘早剥住院患者的超声表现,并对其漏诊、误诊原因进行分析总结。结果 42例胎盘早剥患者中,产前超声诊断26例,诊断符合率61.9%,漏诊12例(28.6%),误诊4例(9.5%)。结论彩色多谱勒超声检查具有无创、安全、快捷等临床优势,是诊断胎盘早剥最重要的辅助检查手段。

Objective To explore the value of color doppler ultrasound（CDU） in the diagnosis of placental abruption and the uhrasonographic image features. Methods The ultrasound manifestations of 42 patients with placental abruption hospitalized in Nanchong Central Hospital from Jan 2008 to Jun 2014 were retrospectively analyzed, the reasons of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosed were summarized. Results 26 cases who were diagnosed with placental abruption （61. 9% ）, 12 cases were missed diagnosis （28.6%） , 4 cases were misdiagnosed （9.5 % ）. Conclusion CDU examination has the advantages of non - invasive, safe and fast. It is one of the most primary auxiliary examination means for placental abruption.
