摘要
高职院校教师培训属于成人培训范畴,因而较为科学先进的成人学习理论对其应具有一定的启发或指导意义。为提高"双师型"教师培训的有效性,必须以促进教师专业成长的理念创新作为前提,以问题为中心选择学员适合的培训模式作为重点,以尊重学员自我建构的制度建设作为保障。
Teacher training in higher vocational colleges belong to adult training category,and thus more scientific and advanced adult learning theory has certain guiding significance for.In order to improve the reliability of “dual-qualification teacher” training, to promote the concept of innovation as the prerequisite to the professional growth of teachers,problem centered training mode suitable for selection of students as the key, system construction as a guarantee to respect students self.
