摘要
以素质为基础、以能力为核心的职业教育人才培养方向,决定了高职院校学生职业技能培养必须从课堂教学改革着手。在能力与素质并重的前提下探索构建生态高效课堂的路径与方法,以教师课堂教学组织的"三个转变"探索生态课堂教学改革,使课堂教学成为教师策划、学生参与、多向交流、多元融合的"教学做一体化"的生态课堂。
Quality based Vocational Education in the direction of core competency, determine students' vocational skills training vocational colleges must proceed from classroom teaching. Explore paths and eco-efficient way to build classrooms in both the ability and the quality of the premise of the “three changes” classroom teaching organizations to explore the ecological reform of classroom teaching, classroom teaching plan to become teachers, student participation, multi-directional communication, pluralism fusion “teaching to do integration”ecological classroom.
