高职毕业生就业渠道拓展实效性的行动研究——以广东南华工商学院为例

Action Research on the Effectiveness of Employment Channel Expanding in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Guangdong Nanhua Commercial College as the Case

高校毕业生人才市场供需矛盾突出,以行动研究的方法,广东南华工商学院对此进行探索与实践。在调研高职院校拓展毕业生就业渠道实效性的基础上,对毕业生就业渠道拓展实效性欠缺的原因进行分析,对提高毕业生就业渠道拓展实效性的实践探索进行论证。行动研究结果表明,通过对未落实就业单位毕业生进行有效的就业指导与服务,能够拓宽其就业渠道。

Employment contradiction is very serious. College educators should try to fugure out how to ease this social contradiction. Nanhua College of Industry and Commerce, a higher vocational college in Guangdong province, has carried out an exploration and pratice with action research method. Baesd on the research on the effectiveness of higher vocational colleges employment channel expanding, it analyzed the reason of the effectiveness lack of higher vocational colleges employment channel expanding and proofed the practicality of exploring the effectiveness of higher vocational colleges employment channel expanding.
