摘要
职业教育心理学课程建设存在课程地位边缘化、教材体系庞杂化、教学内容普教化、教学方法程式化、师资队伍单一化等问题,严重制约其在职教师资培养过程中作用的发挥。要采取有效措施,进一步提升职业教育心理学课程建设的水平:学校和师生要高度重视,突出课程地位的重要性;体现职教特点,凸显教材体系的先进性;以学习心理与教学心理为主线,彰显教学内容的职业性;理论联系实际,加强教学方法的实践性;优化教师队伍,提高师资建设的有效性;强化教学研究,提升课程发展的科学性。
Exist construction vocational courses in educational psychology courses marginalized status, complex system of teaching,teaching content Cape indoctrination, teaching methods stylized, single issues such as teachers, severely restricting its role in vocationalteacher training process. To take effective measures to further enhance the level of Vocational Education Psychology Courses Schoolteachers and students should attach great importance to highlight the importance of curriculum status; embodies the characteristics ofvocational education, highlighting the nature of the material system; to study psychology and teaching psychology for the main line,highlighting the career of teaching content; theory with practice, strengthen practical teaching methods; optimization of teachers andimprove the effectiveness of teachers construction; strengthen teaching and research, curriculum development to enhance scientific.
