With the diversification of international education development, all countries give great importance to education andeducation reform in order to deal with the global education competition. In June 19, 2014, the State Council issued the ＂onAccelerating the Development of the Modem Occupation Education Decision＂ . The decision has been raised to a new level onthe modem occupation education, the quality of education and teaching has aroused widespread concern. During visited the DublinInstitute of Technology of Ireland （DIT）, the school teaching quality and improving teaching quality assurance system had left aprofound impact to everyone. Now put some characteristics of the system are analyzed, in order to improve the teaching quality.
