高校马克思主义信仰教育意识淡薄的现象与对策

高校思想政治理论课教师是大学生实施马克思主义信仰教育的主力军,坚定的马克思主义信仰是对高校思想政治理论课教师的第一要求。应该肯定广大高校思想政治理论课教师的思想政治素质的主流是好的,在此基础上,他们的教育观念对其教育行为具有指导意义,并且直接影响到教学效果。目前在部分高校思想政治理论课教师中存在着马克思主义信仰教育意识淡薄的现象,应更新观念、积极引导、加强人文关怀,通过这些环节来增强高校思想政治理论课教师的信仰教育意识,从而提升马克思主义信仰教育的实效性。

The college teachers are the main force in the implementation of Marxism faith education for college and university students. Therefore, a firm belief in Marxism is the first requirement for the teachers. The mainstream quality of the majority of the college teachers of the ideological and political theory courses is good. On this basis, their concept education has a guiding significance to their educational act, which will directly affect their teaching effect. At present, in some ideological and political theory course teachers in the colleges and universities, there exists the phenomenon of weak consciousness of Marxism belief. So it is suggested to strengthen the belief education awareness in the teachers by their idea updating, positive guidance and the strengthened humanistic care, so as to enhance the effectiveness of the Marxism faith education.
