培育师资培训品牌策略初探——以青岛职业技术学院为例

摘要 大力发展培训工作,打造师资培训品牌,是优化高职院校教育教学资源、提升社会服务能力的必然要求,也是促进高职院校可持续发展的迫切需要。近年来,青岛职业技术学院在培训条件、培训规模、培训模式、培训管理等方面取得了长足发展,但仍存在培训重视程度不够、培训制度有待健全、市场适应能力偏弱、培训师资力量不强等亟待解决的问题。今后,应深刻理解培训品牌内涵,不断创新培训机制,完善培训系统,以切实提高培训质量,塑造优质师资培训品牌。 Striving to develop training programs and building teacher training brands is the necessary demand of higher vocational colleges in optimizing educating and teaching resources and improving social service function. And it is the urgent need to promote the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges. In recent years, Qingdao Technical College has made a great progress in training conditions, training scale, training mode, training management and so on. However it still has some urgent problems including undervalued training work, imperfect training systems, weak market adaptability and poor training teachers power. In the future, it should comprehend the training brand content deeply, innovate in the training mechanisms constantly and improve the training systems in order to improve the training quality and build excellent teacher training brands.
