摘要 影响高职管理学课程教学方法的主要因素是教学目标、教学内容及学生,教学中应贯彻因材施教原则。高职管理学"两次飞跃"教学法包括"立足生活,激发兴趣""讨论问题,碰撞思想""观点分享,开放课堂""实践应用,强化训练"四个环节,实施该教学法应注意精心设计讨论问题和"学"与"教"紧密结合等问题。 The main factors that influence the teaching methods of management courses in higher vocational colleges involve teaching targets, teaching content and students. The principle of individualized teaching should be carried out in the teaching. The two-leap teaching method of higher vocational management involves four steps: being based on life and stimulating interest; discussing problems and exchanging thoughts; sharing ideas and opening courses; practicing applications and strengthening training. In the implementation of the teaching method, the good design of discussion questions and the tight combination of learning and teaching should be paid attention to.
