论高职旅游院校思政课开展就业导向教学改革的必要性

Necessity of Developing Employment-oriented Teaching Reform in Ideological and Political Courses of Higher Vocational Colleges

高职旅游院校是为旅游行业培养人才的摇篮,高职旅游教育与旅游行业需求相脱节是导致高职旅游学生在旅游人才市场中处于"下不去、留不住、用不上"尴尬境地的重要原因。在此情况下,高职旅游院校思政课要有所作为。在以就业为导向成为当前职业教育改革和发展的时代背景下,在高职旅游学生对课程凸显职业性的需求下,为了提高思政课教学的针对性、时代性和实效性,有必要开展以就业为导向的思政课教学模式改革。

High vocational tourism colleges are cradles of cultivating talents for the tourism industry. The reason why higher vocational tourism students are put in the impractical, unacceptable and useless position is that the higher vocational tourism education is irrelevant to the tourism industry demand. In this case, the ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges should do some- thing. Against the employment-oriented background of the vocational educational development and reform, the demand of the higher vocational tourism students for the professionalism of the courses is prominent. In order to improve the pertinency, eontemporaneity and effectiveness, it is necessary to develop the employment-oriented teaching model reform in the ideological and political course.
