中国沿海地区海洋经济竞争力研究

On Competitiveness of Ocean Economy in China's Coastal Areas

发展海洋经济,建设海洋强国,是振兴国民经济的一项重要战略决策。提高海洋资源开发能力,提升海洋经济发展水平,是建设海洋强国的重要内容之一。海洋开发已成为中国沿海地区新的经济增长点,各省市海洋经济发展存在着较大差异。文章基于主成分分析对中国11个沿海省市的海洋经济竞争力进行研究,综合评价各省市的海洋经济发展水平,为中国沿海地区海洋经济发展规划与战略提供建议与参考。

Developing ocean economy is an important strategic decision for China to promote its national economy.Enhancing exploitation of its ocean economy and upgrading its development are one essential part for China to build an ocean powerful country. Developing ocean economy has become a new economic growth point for China and coastal areas, but its development is quite different in different provinces and municipalities. This paper makes a study of competitiveness of 11 provincial units in China's coastal areas and comes up with some suggestions for developing China's coastal ocean economy.
