Raising Capital of Small-and-medium-sized Enterprises in Western Region in China and Suggestions

文章首先对我国西部中小企业融资的基本状况进行了分析,针对存在的问题,从政府、法律规范、企业自身、金融体系和融资渠道五方面提出政策建议,以期中小企业能够实现进一步跨越。文章采用实证分析与规范分析相结合的分析方法。

In recent years, small-and-midium-sized enterprises in the western region keep developing rapidly, which is beneficial to industrial upgrading, job creating and promoting economic development in the western region. But raising capital has become a serious problem preventing their further development. In order to promote their developemnt, the enterprises should improve themselves in quality and capability, the environment for raising capital should be bettered and the channels for raising capital should be expanded.
