摘要
为提高大豆蛋白基胶黏剂耐水胶结性能,以豆粕为原料,自制乙二醛/尿素共缩聚(GU)树脂为交联剂,制备GU树脂增强大豆蛋白基胶黏剂,研究GU树脂物质的量之比、合成时间、合成温度对GU树脂增强大豆蛋白基胶黏剂耐水胶结性能的影响。结果表明:乙二醛/尿素物质的量之比上升、反应温度升高、合成时间延长,均可导致树脂颜色变深,黏度上升,用于增强大豆蛋白基胶黏剂制备胶合板胶合强度上升。GU树脂优化合成工艺为:物质的量之比1.2,反应温度80℃,反应时间4 h。用于增强大豆蛋白基胶黏剂制备胶合板胶合强度0.92 MPa,提高155%,满足Ⅱ类胶合板标准要求,无甲醛释放问题。
In order to improve the water resistance of soy bean meal-based wood adhesive, glyoxal/urea resin (GU) was used as cross-linking agents to prepare a variety of modified soy bean meal-based adhesives. Effects of the mole ratio, synthesis time, and synthesis temperatureofGUdevelopmentonbondingstrengthofplywoodbondedwiththemodifiedadhesiveswerestudied.Theresultsshowed that with the increase of glyoxal/urea molar ratio, reaction temperature, and reaction time, the resin turned darker color, the viscosity of the resin increased, and the bonding strength of plywood bonded with the modified soybean meal-based adhesive increased. The optimized synthesis process of GU was:1.2 of the glyoxal/urea molar ratio, 80℃reaction temperature, and 4 h reaction time. The bonding strength of plywood was 0.92 MPa, increased by 155%, which meet the requirement of typeⅡplywood standard, and the plywood was formaldehyde-free.
