摘要
目的 建立环境水体中痕量铅的碳纳米管固相萃取-原子吸收分光光度测定法。方法 采用碳纳米管固相萃取纤维进行环境水样中铅离子的萃取,样品p H为6.0,萃取时间为60 min,以1.0 mol/L硝酸溶液解析萃取纤维中的铅离子10 min,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定铅离子的浓度。结果 在5~500μg/L的线性范围内,所得铅离子的回归方程为y=1.492 1x+0.023 8,r=0.999 7,呈良好的线性关系。方法 的检出限为1.4μg/L,平均回收率为100.3%~100.7%,RSD为2.1%。结论 该方法抗基体干扰、分析效率高,适用于多种环境水体中痕量铅的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of trace lead in environmental water body by carbon nanotube solid phase extraction-flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods Lead in environmental water samples was concentrated by carbon nanotube and the concentration was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The best optimum experimental conditions were as follows: pH 6.0 of water sample, 60 min extraction, 1.0 mol/L nitrite acid as desorption solvent, 10 min desorption. Results The limit of detection was 1.4 μg/L, the average recovery rates were 100.3%-100.7% and RSD was 2.1%. Conclusion The method is applicable to the determination of trace lead in various environmental water body with good convenience, sensitivity and reliability.
