南京地区健康体检者血尿酸检测结果及与高血压相关性分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的了解南京地区健康体检人群血尿酸水平及相关危险因素,为高尿酸血症的防治提供科学依据。方法选取南京地区健康体检者4 315例,检测其血尿酸、血压、体质量指数,使用趋势检验、χ2检验、t检验、方差分析、非条件Logistic回归等方法回顾性分析其血尿酸水平、高尿酸血症的检出率及其影响因素。结果该人群血尿酸水平为(321.36±87.84)μmol/L,其中男性为(374.10±85.53)μmol/L,女性为(291.29±71.31)μmol/L;高尿酸血症总体患病率为20.86%,其中男性为26.03%,女性为15.80%,男性显著高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着尿酸水平增高,血压水平也逐渐升高,高血压患病率也呈上升趋势(P<0.05);相关分析显示,血尿酸水平与收缩压(r=0.176)、舒张压(r=0.183)水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。性别、年龄、血压、体质量指数是高尿酸血症的独立危险因素。结论南京地区健康体检者高尿酸血症的患病率较高,其中男性显著高于女性,血尿酸水平和血压密切相关,尿酸干预对高血压的防治有重要临床意义。 Objective To investigate blood uric acid levels and risk factors among physical examination sam‐ples of Nanjing area, to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia. Methods Totally 4 315 physical examination samples of Nanjing area were selected. Uric acid, blood pressure, body mass index were detected. Retrospective analysis the levels of blood uric acid, the prevalence of hyperuricemia and risk factors by trend test, chi‐square test, t test, analysis of variance, Logistic regression. Results The levels of uric acid among physical examination people was(321. 36 ± 87. 84)μmol/L, in which the male was(374. 10 ± 85. 53)μmol/L, the female was (291. 29 ± 71. 31)μmol/L. The incidence of hyperuricemia was 20. 86%, 26. 03% in male, 15. 80% in female, males were significantly higher than females(P〈0. 05). With the advance of uric acid, the levels of blood pressure and the incidence of hypertension had an increasing trend (P〈0. 05). Shrink blood pressure(r=0. 176), diastolic blood pres‐sure (r=0. 183)with uric acid positively correlated (P〈0. 05). Gender, age, blood pressure, body mass index was an independent risk factor for hyperuricemia. Conclusion The hyperuricemia is highly prevalent among the physical ex‐amination samples of Nanjing area, especially in the male population. Uric acid levels and blood pressure are related closely. There is a important clinical significance to prevention and treatment of hypertension by intervening blood u‐ric acid.
