SWOT Analysis and Countermeasures Research on the Development of Dali Prefecture's Movie and TV Tourism

影视旅游是近年来一种新兴、时尚的文化旅游形式。概述大理州影视旅游的发展背景和基本情况,对大理州影视旅游发展的优势、劣势、挑战和机遇进行详细的分析,即SWOT分析,并根据SWOT分析的结果从旅游产品、旅游营销、影视与旅游产业化融合及运营模式四个方面对大理州影视旅游的发展提出相应的对策。

Movie and TV tourism is a kind of newly-developing and fashionable culture tourism in recent years. This article firstly introduces the background and basic conditions about Dali movie and TV tourism briefly and then analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities, i.e. SWOT analysis, that the development of Dali movie and TV tourism faces. Based on the analysis, the article puts forward four countermeasures and solutions on Dali movie and TV tourism products, promotion, industry development and operation model.
