山西省农业就业和生活保障功能研究

On Agricultural Functions in Employment and in Guaranteeing living in Shanxi Province

文章在分析农业就业和生活保障功能内涵的基础上,建立山西农业就业与生活保障功能计算指标组,采用层次分析法、主成份分析法、星座图多元分析聚类法等方法对山西省115个涉农县区进行农业功能分析,确定山西省农业就业和生活保障主导功能的重点区域,并提出山西农业就业和生活保障主导功能区的拓展对策。

Agriculture not only has an economic function, but also has social, cultural and ecological functions. Multifunction of agriculture is development tendency of modern agriculture. After exploring agricultural functions in employment and guaranteeing living and setting up indexes for measurement, the paper makes a study of agricultural functions in 115 counties and districts in Shanxi province, determines key counties and districts of agricultural functions and works out supporting policies for exanding key counties and districts.
