摘要 目的探讨神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)在急性脑梗死(ACI)中的临床价值。方法选择急性脑梗死患者60例(ACI组),检测患者入院第2天和治疗14 d后血清NSE,并与健康体检对照组40名清晨检测的NSE进行比较。结果 ACI组治疗前血清NSE水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),病灶大、病情重者NSE水平显著升高(P<0.01)。ACI组治疗后NSE水平明显低于治疗前(P<0.01)。结论 ACI患者血清NSE水平明显升高,对梗死灶大小及病情评估具有重要价值。 Objective To explore the application value of neuron specific enolase(NSE) in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI). Methods The serum NSE were detected in 60 patients with ACI( ACI group) on the 2nd day after hospitalization and 14th days after treatment and compared with serum NSE in the morning of 40 healthy volunteers( control group). Results The serum levels of NSE in ACI group before treatment were significantly higher than those in control group(P 〈0. 01 ). NSE in patients with large lesions and severe illness were significantly higher than those in patients with less lesions and lighter illness (P 〈 0. 01 ). In ACI group, NSE after treatment were singifieantly lower than those before treament( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The serum levels of NSE are singificanfly elevated in ACI patients. NSE has clinical value in asessment of infarct size and the illness.
