葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏症是一种X连锁不完全显性遗传性溶血性疾病,全世界数百万人受此影响。目前,葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏症检测方法主要包括定性检测法、定量检测法、细胞学检测法、基因检测法等。该文就各种检测方法学的优缺点作一综述。

Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase（G6PD） deficiency is an X-linked incomplete dominant ge- netic hemolytic disease that afflicts millions of people worldwide. The clinical detections of G6PD deficiency includes qualitative detection, quantitative detection, cytology testing, genetic testing and so on. In this paper, various detection methods for G6PD deficiency are reviewed.
