蒙药十三味红花密诀丸解热镇痛抗炎药理作用的研究

Expeimental study of antipyretic,anti-analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Mongolian13-Safflower Mijue pill in animal models

目的:探讨蒙药十三味红花密诀丸解热镇痛抗炎药理作用。方法:采用大鼠背部皮下注射2,4-二硝基酚制热大鼠为解热模型;冰醋酸所致小鼠扭体为镇痛模型;二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀为抗炎模型,3组分别给予高、中、低剂量的蒙药十三味红花密诀丸灌胃,观察解热镇痛抗炎药理作用。结果:十三味红花密诀丸1100mg·kg-1(ig)、550mg·kg-1(ig)对于降低2,4-二硝基酚制热大鼠体温有明显的作用,且药物作用时间可持续至少180min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。十三味红花密诀丸1100mg·kg-1(ig)、550mg·kg-1(ig)、275mg·kg-1(ig)对于冰醋酸所致的小鼠扭体反应均有抑制作用,抑制率分别为83.57%、62.86%、55.71%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。十三味红花密诀丸1100mg·kg-1(ig)、550mg·kg-1(ig)对于二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀有抑制作用,抑制率分别为67.74%、48.39%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:十三味红花密诀丸对实验大鼠、小鼠具有良好的解热、镇痛和抗炎作用。

Objective： To explore the antipyretic,analgesic and anti- inflammatory effects of Mongolian 13-Safflower Mijue pill in animal models. Methods： the antipyretic model in rats were made Through the rat back subcutaneous injection of 2,4- dinitrophenol heating,The analgesic model were verified by Glacial acetic acid in mice body torsion reaction. The anti- inflammatory model were assessed by tests xylene- induced ear edema in mice. Three groups were individually given high,medium and low dose of Mongolian 13- safflower mijue pill in gavage,to observe the antipyretic,analgesic and anti- inflammatory pharmacological effects of Mongolian 13- safflower mijue pill Results： 13- Safflower Mijue pill with 1100mg·kg^- 1（ ig） 、550mg·kg^- 1（ ig） for reducing 2,4- dinitrophenol heating temperature has a significant effect in rats. Drug effect can lasts for at least180 min. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. 13- Safflower Mijue pill with 1100mg·kg^- 1（ ig） 、550mg·kg^- 1（ ig） 、275mg·kg^- 1（ ig） for mouse acetic acid- induced writhing response was inhibited.The inhibition rates were 83. 57%,62. 86%,55. 71%. The difference was statistically significant（ P 0.05）. 13- Safflower Mijue pill with 1100mg·kg^- 1（ ig） 、550mg·kg^- 1（ ig） 、275mg·kg^- 1（ ig） for xylene- induced ear edema in mice was inhibited. The inhibition rate was 67. 74%,48. 39% respectively. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Mongolian 13- Safflower Mijue pill has a good antipyretic,analgesic and anti- inflammatory effects on animal models.
