甘薯引进资源的初步评价与离体保存 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,分别从秘鲁、美国、非洲部分国家引进甘薯(Ipomoea batatas)种质资源,并通过试管苗保存的方式进行材料离体保存。在调查的14份资源中,421111 Mochero在性状表现上与其他资源存在显著差异,生长势最强。资源保存在25℃,2000 lx,12 h的光照条件下,61%的品种保存8个月成活率仍可达到100%,其余品种成活率为50.00%-83.33%,不同的资源存在较大的差异性。根据以上试验结果发现,部分资源适宜进行试管苗保存,部分资源不适宜进行试管苗保存。对于不适宜进行试管苗保存的资源,需要在田间保存时予以重点关注,以防相关资源丢失。 Different sweetpotato resources from Peru, USA and some Africa countries were introduced and preserved in vitro in recent years. Among 14 resouces investigated, 421111 Mochero had significant improvement in growing ability compared with the rest. 61% of resources had 100% survival rate under the condition of 25 ℃, 2 000 lx, 12 hours light per day. The rest had a survival rate ranging from 50.00% to 83.33%. It is indicated that some resources could be well in vitro preservation, while some were not. Those resources with problems of in vitro preservation should be put more attention in field conservation, in case they may be lost.
