施肥对桑树根际解有机磷细菌的影响

摘要 利用选择性培养基,对不同施肥桑树根际解有机磷细菌进行分离、筛选,并采用Biolog自动微生物系统进行鉴定,分析不同施肥桑树根际解有机磷细菌的数量和多样性及土壤养分含量的变化。各施肥处理分离到的菌属主要包括贪噬菌属、气单胞菌属、芽胞杆菌属、假单胞菌属和伯克氏菌属等。施用3 000kg/hm2桑树专用有机-无机复混肥(TA)处理的土壤中解有机磷细菌数量、种群结构、Shannon-Wiene多样性指数(H)和丰富度(S)均高于其他施肥处理。TA处理可提高土壤有机质、速效氮、速效磷和速效钾含量。相关性分析表明,TA处理土壤中解有机磷细菌数量与土壤速效磷含量呈极显著正相关,相关系数为0.66;空白(CK)处理的土壤中解有机磷细菌数量与速效钾含量呈显著负相关,相关系数为-0.62。 The organic phosphate-solubilizing bacteria in rhizophere of mulbery were isolated and screened using selective culture media, and identified using Biolog technology to analyze the effect of different fertilizations on the quantity and diversity of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria and soil nutrient content. The organic phosphate-solubilizing bacteria were mainly included Variovorax paradoxus, Aeromonas encheleia, Bacillus cereus, Pseudomonas and Serratia odorifera. The application of 3000 kg / hm2organic-inorganic compound fertilizer(TA) increased the quantity of organic phosphate-solubilizing bacteria,community, Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H) and richness(S). TA treatment improved soil available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium and organic matter content. The quantity of organic phosphate-solubilizing bacteria was found to be positively correlated with available phosphorus content in TA treatment(r=0.66), while negatively related with available potassium in CK treatment(r=-0.62).
