利用藻类生长潜力试验评价城市湖泊水质

摘要 以武汉城区湖泊——南湖、东湖、汤逊湖作为试验对象,利用藻类生长潜力(Algal Growth Potential,AGP)测试试验,设置多个条件限制因子,探究不同条件下藻类的生长情况。结果表明,在三个湖区的原湖水样中,南湖藻类的平均最大现存量(Xmax)和平均最大特定生长率(μmax)均为最高,分别为161.821 mg/L和0.269 d-1,说明南湖水中的综合营养十分丰富。而汤逊湖的平均最大现存量和平均最大特定生长率最低,分别为90.266 mg/L和0.189 d-1,说明原水样存在藻类生长的限制因子。 Water samples of South Lake, East Lake and Tangxun Lake in Wuhan were collected and several factors with limiting conditions were setted through Algal Growth Potential(AGP) Test to study the algae growth situation under different conditions. The results showed that the maximum existing amount(Xmax) and the maximum specific growth rate(μmax) of the algae in South Lake(Xmax=161.821 mg/L,μmax)=0.269 d^-1) were higher than those of the other two lakes, indicating that the comprehensive nutrition of the water of South Lake was more abundant than that of the other two lakes. The maximum existing amount and the maximum specific growth rate of the algae in Tangxun Lake(Xmax=90.266 mg / L,μmax=0.189 d-1) were lower than those of the other two lakes, indicating that there were some limiting factors of algae growth in the water of Tangxun Lake.
