摘要
应用Garnier-Robson法和Chou-Fasman法分析羊种布鲁氏菌NN1202株VirB8蛋白的α-螺旋、β-折叠、转角区域和卷曲区域;应用Kyte-Doolittle法、Karplus-Schulz法、Emini法和Jameson-Wolf法分析蛋白的氨基酸亲水性、蛋白柔性区域、溶剂表面可及性和抗原指数。对各方法的结果综合分析,Vir B8蛋白的4-24、80-87、133-160、184-196和229-236位氨基酸区域可能是优势B细胞抗原表位。
The secondary structure including α-helix, β-sheet, turn and coil regions of Vir B8 was analyzed with methods of Garnier-Robson and Chou-Fasman. The hydrophilicity plot, flexibility plot, surface probability plot and antigenic index were analyzed with methods of Kyte-Doolittl, Karplus-Schulz, Emini and Jameson-Wolf. Results showed that the B cell epitopes of Vir B8 was most likely localized the amino acid No. 4-24, 80-87, 133-160, 184-196 and 229-236, respectively.
