无患子总皂苷的提取工艺及其抑菌活性研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用单因素和正交设计试验,研究无患子(Sapindus mukorossi)总皂苷的提取工艺,得出无患子总皂苷的最优提取工艺为乙醇体积分数70%,提取时间为3.5 h,温度为70℃,料液比为1∶5,在此条件下无患子总皂苷的提取率为21.23%。抑菌试验表明,无患子粉末、水提取液和乙醇提取液对稻瘟病菌的EC50分别为0.21、0.18、0.12 mg/m L。利用大孔树脂对无患子乙醇提取液除杂,结果表明抑菌活性部位主要集中于70%乙醇洗脱液部位,在浓度为0.05 mg/m L时,其抑菌活性达到95.94%。 The extracting process of saponins of Sapindus mukoross was studied. The results showed that 70% ethanol for 3.5h at the temperature of 70 ℃ and ratio of solvent to material 1 :5 in extraction were the optimal conditions, under which the extracting rate of saponins of Sapindus mukorossi was 21.23%. The antifungal experiment showed that the EC50 of powder of Sapindus mukorossi, the water extraction and ethanol extraction of Sapindus mukorossi to Magnaporthe oryzae were 0.21 mg /mL, 0.18 mg / mL and 0.12 mg / mL. The ethanol extraction was purified with a column of macroporous adsorption resin, which showed that most of saponins were collected in the 70% ethanol. At the concentration of 0.05 mg / mL, its antifungal activity was 95.94%.
