木薯淀粉合酶SSⅠ结构与功能的分析及预测 被引量:2

摘要 木薯(Manihot esculenta Crantz)是重要的工业淀粉原料和生物质能源作物,贮藏根富含淀粉。淀粉合酶是淀粉合成的关键酶,在淀粉合成中起着重要作用。采用生物信息学方法,以木薯淀粉合酶I为研究对象,对其氨基酸序列、甲基化、导肽、跨膜拓朴结构、疏水性亲水性、磷酸化位点、亚细胞定位、蛋白质二级结构与功能域进行分析和预测。结果表明,淀粉合酶SS在不同植物中的氨基酸序列差异性较大,但仍然具有一定的保守性氨基酸残基,其氨基酸序列的功能结构域是一致的,表明淀粉合酶在植物中具有一定的保守性,与其在植物中的重要作用密切相关,为木薯淀粉合酶深入研究提供生物信息学的参考数据。 Cassava(Manihot esculenta Crantz) is a crop containing rich starch in storage roots, and the raw material for starch and biofuel. Starch synthase is a key enzyme playing an important role in starch synthesis. Starch synthase I in cassava was used to analyze and predict the composition of nucleic acid and amino acid sequences, cytosine-methylation,leader peptides, transmembrane topological structure,hydrophobicity/hydrophilicity,phosphorylation locus,subcellular localization,secondary structure and structural domains through bioinformatics. The results showed that amino acid sequence s of different plant starch synthase SS were different, but had some of the conserved amino acid residues. The amino acid sequence of a functional domain was the same, indicating that the starch synthases was conservative, and played an important role in plants closely related. It will provide a bioinformatics references for studying starch synthase in cassava in the future.
