摘要
为探讨通过测定蜜蜂血淋巴总SOD活力,做为选择抗逆蜜蜂育种指标的可行性。应用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测量不同品种蜜蜂越冬后期血淋巴总SOD活力,应用热敏电阻+数字电表法测量蜜蜂抗寒力。结果表明,卡尼鄂拉蜜蜂与意大利蜜蜂血淋巴总SOD活力差异显著,蜜蜂血淋巴总SOD活力与过冷却点具有显著相关性。研究结果提示,蜜蜂血淋巴总SOD活力可作为蜜蜂抗逆育种材料选择的生化指标之一。
To investigate the lymph total SOD activity by measuring blood bees, bee breeding Alternatively resilience index of viability. Application xanthinoxidase measure different species of bees overwinter late hemolymph total SOD activity, the application of the thermistor + digital meter measurement bees cold hardiness. The results showed that Apis mellifera ligustic and Apis mellifera carnica hemolymph total SOD activity significantly different bee hemolymph total SOD activity and supercooling points with significant correlation. The results suggest that the activity of SOD bee hemolymph total resilience as one bee breeding material selected biochemical indicators.
