种植密度和施氮量对特高芥酸绵油309产量和品质的影响及相关性分析 被引量:3

摘要 以特高芥酸品种绵油309为材料,设置3个氮肥施入量(90、180、270 kg/hm2)和4个种植密度(15 000、25 000、35 000、45 000苗/hm2),研究不同种植密度和氮肥施入量对特高芥酸油菜309的产量和品质的影响及相关性分析,并探讨油菜产量和品质的变化及其相关性。结果表明,绵油309在种植密度为35 000苗/hm2、施氮量为90 kg/hm2时,油菜子芥酸含量比率最高;种植密度为35 000苗/hm2、施氮量为180 kg/hm2时,油菜产量和油菜子芥酸产量最高。相关性分析表明,种植密度与芥酸呈正相关,而施氮量与芥酸呈负相关。 To study the effects of different densities,nitrogen rates on the yield, quality of rapeseed Mianyou 309 with high emcic acid, three nitrogen rates(90,180,270 kg/ hm^2)and four densities(15 000,25 000,35 000,45 000 seedlings per hm^2) were set to screen the optimum nitrogen rates and density for maximum yield, erucic acid content and erucic acid yield. Results showed that when the density was 35 000 seedlings per hm^2 and nitrogen rate was 90 kg/hm^2, erucic acid content of rapeseed was the highest. When density was 35 000 seedlings per hm^2 and nitrogen rate was 180 kg/hm^2, the yield and erucic acid per hm^2 were highest. The correlation analysis revealed that density was positively correlated with erucic acid content. Nitrogen rate was negatively correlated with erucic acid content.
