传统农区城镇化发展问题研究——以河南省信阳市为例

Urbanization Development of Tradtional Agricultural Areas:Taking Xinyang City as an Example

以河南省信阳市为例,研究了传统农区城镇化的制约因素,分析了传统农区的城镇化特征,结果表明,传统农区城镇化水平较低,但发展潜力巨大。通过调整三次产业结构、农业产业化和大力发展小城镇,传统农区城镇化的发展将更加和谐稳定。

Taking Xinyang city of Henan province as an example, the liniting factors and the characteristics of urbanization of the traditional agricultural area were analyzed. The results showed that the standard of urbanization was relatively low, but its development potential was enormous. By adjusting structure of tertiary industry, industrialization of agriculture and develop- ment of the small town with cost-effective manner, the development of urbanization will be more harmonious and stable.
