摘要
目的:优选维生素C的最佳提取工艺,并测定鲜地黄Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch及其炮制加工品中维生素C的含量。方法:用紫外分光光度法测定维生素C含量,并通过正交试验设计,以维生素C含量为指标,以提取溶剂、料液比、提取时间为影响因素,筛选出维生素C的最佳提取工艺。结果:通过正交试验分析后,得出超声波辅助提取鲜地黄及其炮制加工品中维生素C的最优工艺条件为:新沸并冷却后的双蒸水为提取溶剂,料液比为30∶1,超声提取时间45min。结论:提取溶剂对鲜地黄及其炮制加工品中维生素C的含量有显著性影响,鲜地黄不同炮制加工品中维生素C含量差别较大,均低于鲜地黄中维生素C的含量。
Objective: To select the best extraction of vitamin C,and to determine its content in Shengdihuang( Fresh Rehmannia Root)and processed products. Methods: By ultraviolet spectrophotometry determine vitamin C content and using the orthogonal experiment method to select the best extraction,extract solvent,dosage,extract time as factors. Results: Test indicated the best extraction method:new boiled puried water as extraction solvent,and material liquid ratio 30: 1,ultrasonic extraction time of 45 min. Conclusion: The extraction solvent have significant effect for the content. The content of vitamin C in fresh rehmannia root and processed products have great different,and the content in all processed products is lower than fresh rehmannia root.
