针刺镇痛在韩国的研究概况

General Research Situation of Acupuncture Analgesia in South Korea

针刺镇痛是针灸学术研究之热点,并呈现出明显的国际化趋势,20世纪70年代,韩国开始在临床实施针刺麻醉,此后对针刺镇痛进行了较为系统的研究。本文就近十年来针刺镇痛在韩国的临床应用和机制研究做一综述,以期促进中韩两国针灸界学术交流与合作,使针刺镇痛临床研究和理论研究水平得到进一步的提高。

Acupuncture analgesia is the hotspot of acupuncture academic research,and presents the obvious trend of internationalization,in the 1970 s,South Korea began in clinical acupuncture anesthesia,after a systematic research on acupuncture analgesia. In this paper,the near ten years of clinical application of acupuncture analgesia in South Korea and mechanism study were reviewed,in order to promote China and South Korea acupuncture academic exchanges and cooperation,make the clinical research of acupuncture analgesia and theoretical research level are improved further.
