摘要
英国高校图书馆服务质量发布制度建立了图书馆和社会公众之间的信息桥梁,一方面为利益相关者提供了高校图书馆的相关信息,另一方面也利于高校图书馆接受社会监督,使服务改进工作更具有针对性和目的性。为适应社会的要求,英国高校图书馆不断完善服务质量信息发布制度,突出学生的中心作用,注重服务性原则,并尊重图书馆自治的特点,同时,信息发布更具有针对性,更能满足利益相关者的需要,进而提升图书馆服务质量。
As a part of the British higher education quality assurance framework, the information release system of service quality in university libraries not only meets the need of the stakeholders of libraries, but also makes the university libraries get informational monitor of the public ,which has improved the service quality of university libraries. In the process of implementation,the information release system of service quality in university libraries has been constantly improved, showing prominence of student-centeredness, service principles, and respect for the self-governance of university libraries in order to better meet the needs of all stakeholders and ensure the improvement of service quality of university libraries.
