增强型多层织物的组织设计

Weave design of the enhancement multi-layer fabric

合理的多层织物织造和设计可以有效提高增强型织物的物理性能。增强型多层织物组织设计时多采用简单、组织点较多的原组织,并通过重复使用双层织物组织图制绘方法,将两个或两个以上的组织复合在一起。多层组织设计的关键在于需充分考虑接结的牢固性和接结点对外观的影响,合理设计各连接层的接结点位置等。结合自身织造经验,分析了织造过程中可能出现的问题及解决办法。

The reasonable weaving and design of multi-layer fabric can effectively improve the physical properties of the enhancement fabrics. Weave design of the enhancement multi-layer fabric often use the fundamental weave which is simple and has more interlacing point. And the painting method of the double weave diagram can be reused to bind two or more than two organization together. The key of multi-layer weave design is the location of the binding point. The fastness of the binding point and the appearance of the fabric should be considered. On the basis of my own experience in weaving, solution suggestions of possible problems in the process of weaving were analyzed.
