精神科医护人员心理韧性、工作压力与焦虑抑郁情绪关系 被引量:25

Study on the relationship among psychological resilience,work stress,and anxiety and depression of psychiatric clinical staff

摘要 目的探讨精神科医护人员心理韧性、工作压力与焦虑抑郁情绪的关系。方法采用心理韧性量表、临床医护人员工作压力源量表、焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表对广西壮族自治区4家医院220名精神科医护人员进行测评。根据心理韧性得分由高到低排列将研究对象分为高、中、低心理韧性组。结果高心理韧性组工作压力总分分别低于中、低心理韧性组(P<0.01);焦虑和抑郁得分均为高心理韧性组<中心理韧性组<低心理韧性组(P<0.05)。心理韧性能负向预测精神科医护人员焦虑和抑郁情绪[标准化回归系数(β)分别-0.255、-0.325;P<0.01];工作压力能正向预测精神科医护人员的焦虑和抑郁情绪(β分别为0.247、0.185;P<0.001);中介效应检验结果显示,焦虑和抑郁情绪对工作压力的β由中介变量心理韧性引入前的0.298、0.258分别下降至其引入后的0.210、0.144。结论心理韧性、工作压力能预测精神科医护人员的焦虑抑郁情绪,心理韧性在工作压力与焦虑抑郁情绪间起部分中介作用。 Objective To explore the psychological resilience of psychiatric clinical staffs and its relationship among work stress, and anxiety and depression. Methods Two hundred and twenty psychiatric clinical workers in 4 hospitals in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were sampled and tested by Chinese Version of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, Clinical Staff Occupational Stressors Scale, Self Rating Anxiety Scale and Self Rating Depress Scale. According to the scores of psychological resilience, the subjects were divided into 3 groups of high resilience, medium resilience and low resilience. Results There job stress scores of high resilience group were lower than those of the medium and low resilience groups (P 〈 0.01 ). And the anxiety and depression scores among different resilience groups were also significantly different ( P 〈 0.05 ) , showing high resilience group 〈 medium resilience group 〈 low resilience group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The resilience could negatively predict the psychiatric clinical workers' anxiety and depression emotion [ the standardized regression coefficient (β) were -0. 255, -0.325 ; P 〈 0.01 ] ; work stress could positively predict the psychiatric clinical workers' anxiety and depression emotion (βwere 0.247, 0. 185 ; P 〈 0.01 ) ; mediation effects of resilience among work stress and anxiety, depression emotion were significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). The mediating effect inspection results showed β of anxiety and depression to work stress dropped from 0. 298 and 0. 258 to 0. 210 and 0. 144 respectively after using the psychological resilience as a mediating variable. Conclusion Resilience and work stress are significant predictors of anxiety and depression emotion of psychiatric clinical staff, and the resilience partially mediates the relationship among work stress and anxiety, depression.
