摘要
聚芳砜酰胺(PSA)作为我国为数不多的具有自主知识产权的高性能纤维之一,以其耐高温、高温尺寸稳定性、阻燃等独特的理化性质,在航空航天、阻燃防护、高温过滤等领域具有重要的应用价值。从化学结构、溶液特性、纺丝成型、纤维形态结构及超分子结构等方面对PSA的研究情况进行总结,指出当前PSA纤维研究中存在的不足,提出今后其研究工作中亟待解决的问题。
Aromatic polysulfonanfides(PSA) fiber, one of few high performance fibers with independent intellectual property in China, has significant potential application in aerospace, flame-retardant protection and high temperature filtration field due to its unique physical and chemical properties such as high temperature resistance, high temperature dimensional stability and flame retardant. The research progress of PSA including chemical structure, solution properties, spinning process, morphology, structure and properties of fibers was reviewed systematically. Meanwhile, current limitations and future research orientation were also discussed.
