Zr基非晶态合金的显微硬度与其压力敏感因子之间的关系 被引量:1

摘要 采用压痕法对铸态及退火态的Zr41.2 Ti13.8 Cu12.5 Ni10 Be22.5和Zr65 Al7.5 Cu17.5 Ni10非晶态合金的显微硬度进行了测试.研究发现,在压痕测试中,当外载荷为0.3~20kg时,Zr基非晶态合金硬度值在小载荷条件下显著增加,而当载荷达到一定值之后,其硬度值缓慢增加最后趋于定值;在523~633K温度范围内,经退火处理的Zr基非晶态合金的硬度值高于铸态合金,而且随着退火温度的升高,其硬度值增加;研究结果表明非晶态合金为压应力敏感材料,并讨论了压力敏感因子与非晶态合金硬度之间的关系. The microhardness of the as-cast and annealed Zr41. z Ti13:8 Cu12. s Nil0 Be22. 5 and Zr6s A17.5 Cu17. s Nil0 bulk metallic glasses (BMGs) were measured though the Vickers indentation tests. It was found that, under the applying load in the range of 0.3~20 kg, the microhardness of the BMGs increased significantly with the load at low degree. As the load increased to a certain degree, the microhardness of the BMGs increases slowly and finally achieve a constant value. Moreover, the microhardness of the BMGs increases with increasing annealing temperature. The results indicate that the BMGs are pressure sensitivity materials, and the changes of the microhardness with the applying load and the annealing temperatures are discussed on the pressure sensitivity index of Zr-based BMGs.
