摘要
节能型砌体由蒸压加气混凝土砌块和保温砂浆组成,具有轻质、保温等优点.对6个节能型砌体的三皮砖试件进行了沿灰缝截面抗剪强度试验,对7组21个试件进行了斜缝抗剪试验,研究了节能型砌体无竖向压应力时的抗剪强度及不同斜缝抗剪试件的破坏形态、抗压强度和弹性模量.根据剪-压复合理论建立了节能型砌体处于剪-压复合受力时的抗剪强度计算公式,并与试验结果吻合较好,可用于工程设计.
Energy efficient masonry is consisted of autoclaved aerated concrete brick and insulation mortar, the new kind of structure is self-possessed lightly, energy efficient, etc. 6 three skin bricks test specimens have been experimented to study the shearing strength of energy efficient masonry with no vertical compressive strength, 7 groups of 21 diagonal compression test specimens have been experimented to study the shearing strength of efficient masonry under vertical compressive strength. Shearing strength of the energy efficient masonry with no vertical compressive strength, and failure mode, compressive strength, modulus of elasticity of diagonal compression test specimen, has been studied in paper. Based on theory of shear-compression failure region, the compressive-shear strength formula of energy efficient masonry has been derived and be in good agreement with test results, and can be used for design.
