高寒地区尾矿库高浓度排放方式探索

Exploration on Means of Discharging Tailings with High- concentration in Tailing Pond of Cold Area

巴润矿业分公司尾矿处理采用尾矿高浓度堆存技术,该技术在国内大型铁矿山的应用尚属首例,尾矿库的排放运行与常规尾矿库存在较大差异,在冬季运行过程中尾矿排放出现流动性好,冲刷取水设施、尾矿滩面在冬春季节交替时的易扰动现象等问题。鉴于国内尚无可参考的运行经验,巴润矿业公司针对高寒地区高浓度堆存尾矿库的排放方式进行了系统性研究,取得了显著成果。

The tailing disposal in Barun Mining Company is with the technology of high- concentration storage of tailings,which is the first case of applications in domestic large iron mines. The discharge of this tailing pond is more different from that of conventional tailing pond. There are such problems for discharging tailings as good fluidity in the winter,the facilities of washing and water taking as well as beach face of tailings are easily to be disturbed when the winter and spring alternate. Since there are still not operating experiences as references in our country,the means of discharging tailings with high- concentration storage in tailing pond of cold area are systematically studied in Barun Mining Company and the achievements are remarkable.
