摘要
人力资源是公司发展的保障和支撑体系,通过对目前从事矿山人力资源管理的职业素养、必备知识、管理理念、综合能力素质等方面现状的论述与分析,并结合巴润公司人力资源管理的实际情况,提出相应的解决措施。在钢铁行业发展处于较艰难时期,人力资源的深层次开发与积累可以促使企业创造或发现新的发展机遇,实现经济增长方式向集约型转变,同时为公司的可持续发展提供必要保证。
The human resources are the guarantee and support system for development of enterprises. In the paper,the relative solutions are proposed through discussing and analyzing the present situations of professional quality,essential knowledge,management concept and comprehensive competency for the persons working at human resources management in mines combining with the actual situations of human resources management in Barun Mining Company. The iron and steel industry is in harder times,the deep development and accumulation of human resources could promote enterprises to create or discover new development opportunities and realize the style of economic increase changes to intensive style as well as provide necessary guarantee for sustainable development of enterprises.
