摘要
本文介绍了铁路冷藏车制冷机组实施制冷剂R22替代R12改造的意义及改造方案特点,在实施批量改造前对小批量试改形成的两种方案进行了分析研究,制定了对比试验方案,得出了试验结论,为实施批量改造提供了技术数据。对实施批量改造和运用中出现的工艺方案和配件选型、参数设定、降温变慢等关键问题进行了详细的分析研究,并提出了优化解决方案。
The essay introduces the meaning and modification scheme of substitute refrigerant R22 for R12 in refrigeration units of railway refrigerated cars.Before carrying out the mass modification,the two schemes based on the small-scale experimental modification are analyzed and studied,the contrast experiment schemes are worked out,the conclusion are drawn from the experiments,thus providing technical data for the mass modification.The key problems occurred during the mass modification and application such as process plan,accessories selection,parameters setting and the temperature drop slowdown are analyzed and studied in detail,and an optimized scheme are put forward.
