医院病房空调送风口结露的分析与设计对策

Analysis and Design Measures on Air Outlet Condensation of Air Conditioning in Hospital Wards

本文对医院病房中央空调发生送风口结露现象,进行现场调研和测试。发现门窗未关闭,是造成送风口结露的主因。本文采用温控器与电动二通阀联控,解决了该难题。对新建医院,本文提出提高冷水温度采用大风量小温差的空调方式,计算分析表明可以解决病房送风口结露问题。

Field survey and testing were conducted to the air outlet condensation of air conditioning in some hospital wards.It was found that the reason on air outlet condensation was caused by unclosed window and door.The trouble was solved by the joint control between thermostat and electric two-way valve.It is found by calculation that the trouble of air outlet condensation can be solved if large wind volume with small temperature difference is adopted for air conditioning in new hospital wards.
