摘要
通过现场实际数据利用数学回归的方法建立了310S热轧变形抗力模型,模型计算的轧制力与实测值符合良好。利用所建立的模型对比分析了310S和304热轧变形抗力的影响因素,结果表明,随着温度的降低,310S变形抗力的增加速度较304快。
The deformation resistance models of 310 S were established by regression method based on the field data,the calculated rolling force of 310 S using the actual parameters is in good agreement with the measured value. The law of the deformation resistance of 310 S and 304 during hot rolling are analyzed comparatively. The results show that,with decreasing the rolling temperature,the deformation resistance of 310 S increase faster than 304.
