摘要
对济钢120 t转炉在应用"少渣炼钢"工艺中出现的问题进行了分析,提出了相应的解决方案。通过采取优化控制参数和改进工艺操作等措施,解决了"少渣炼钢"工艺在试验推广阶段遇到的冶炼周期可控性差、兑铁时易发生喷溅、开吹不易起燃、前期脱磷效率低、二次降枪时易发生喷溅等技术难题。
The problems existed in the application of ＂SGRS＂process in Jinan Steel are analyzed,and solutions are put forward. By taking measures such as optimizing control parameters and improving the process operation,several technical problems of ＂SGRS＂in the experimental stage,such as the poor controllability of smelting cycle,slopping in the process of hot metal charging,difficulty of igniting the steel bath at the initial blow,low rate of early dephosphorization and slopping problem in the oxygen lance second down are solved.
