赣江流域水资源综合评价及对策

摘要 在分析供需平衡现状的基础上,运用"警报灯"法和主成分分析法,从水资源脆弱度和水资源承载力方面对赣江流域水资源进行综合评价,阐明赣江流域水资源利用状况及经济承载力。结果表明,保证率P=95%的情况下,流域水资源紧缺。流域承载力分析表明,赣江流域水资源开发程度较大,利用结构不合理,属于中度脆弱的程度。赣江流域须增加水资源调蓄工程、发展农业节水技术及提高水资源利用率等,才能实现流域经济及生态的可持续发展。 To utilize water resource in Ganjiang River Basin,"warning lamp" method and the principal component analysis were used to assess the vulnerability and capacity of water resource based on analyzing the situation of supply and demand balance.The results showed that there was water shortage on the condition of guarantee rate P=95%.Analyses of bearing capacity showed that development of water resources was moderately vulnerable and the structure of water resources was not reasonable.It is advised to increase water storage,develop agricultural water-saving and improve the utilization efficiency of water resource to achieve economic,ecological and sustainable development of Ganjiang River basin.
