摘要 蔬菜产业化发展是形势所需,但蔬菜规模化生产经常遇到滞销严重、种植效益降低等生产经营的风险症状。通过分析导致蔬菜生产风险的因子,认为应完善风险监测、识别和评估预警机制,建立蔬菜产业化生产的风险控制体系,按风险的种类和级别,实现不同的风险控制管理,从蔬菜种源到销售全过程实行风险关联化服务,系统化管理,降解市场、技术及产业利润分配不均衡风险,使蔬菜产业化生产步入稳定的发展阶级。 Vegetable industrialization is a development tendency,but often encounters some risks including serious dull of sales,low planting benefit.The risk factors in the development of vegetable production were analyzed.It was advised that the risk mechanism for monitoring,identification,assessment and early warning system should be perfected.The risk control system of the vegetable industrialization should be built.According to the types and levels of risk,different control managements of the risk were realized.The service of the risk from the provenance to sales of vegetables should be implemented.The risk coming from the market,technology and industrial distribution should be reduced by systematic management to make the vegetable industrialization into the stable development.
