摘要 为比较不同加工方法对3个品种溪黄草[Rabdosia serra(Maxim.)Hara]药材中迷迭香酸、总二萜、总黄酮含量的影响,以寻找出溪黄草药材的最适加工方法,为溪黄草药材GAP基地的建设提供一定的参考,以溪黄草、线纹香茶菜[Rabdosia lophanthoides(Buch.-Ham.ex D.Don)Hara]、纤花香茶菜[Rabdosia lophanthoides(Buch.-Ham.ex D.Don)Hara var.graciliflora(Benth.)Hara]为材料,分别采用不同的加工方法处理,采用HPLC测定样品中迷迭香酸含量,采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定样品中总二萜和总黄酮的含量。结果表明,不同加工方法对迷迭香酸的含量影响较大,而对总二萜和总黄酮的含量影响不显著,经远红外干燥和烘干工艺处理的样品中3种成分的含量普遍偏低,而经阴干工艺处理的样品中3种成分含量普遍偏高。说明不同加工方法对中药溪黄草中3种成分含量有影响,从活性成分的损失和节约生产成本等方面综合考虑,建议对溪黄草品种采用鲜切段后再阴干的加工方法,线纹香茶菜和纤花香茶菜采用阴干后再干切段的方法质量较好。 To find out the optimal processing method of Linearstripe Rabdosia Herb and further provide a reference for building the GAP planting base of Linearstripe Rabdosia Herb,the effects of different processing methods on the content of rosmarinic acid,total diterpenoids and total flavonoids were studied.The materials included Rabdosia serra (Maxim.) H.Hara,Rabdosia lophanthoides (Buch.-Ham.ex D.Don) H.Hara,Rabdosia lophanthoides (Buch.-Ham.ex D.Don) H.Hara var.graciliflora (Benth.) H.Hara.The content of rosmarinic acid was analyzed by HPLC.The content of total diterpenoids and total flavonoids were determined by UV spectrophotometry.The results showed that the effect of different processing on the content of rosmarinic acid were higher.The influence on the content of total diterpenoids and total flavonoids was not significant by different processing methods.The contents of three kinds of chemical component were generally lower when treated by farinfrared dryer and stoving.The contents of the three components were generally higher when dried in shade.It is indicated that processing method had influence on the contents of chemical component in Linearstripe Rabdosia Herb.It is advised that the Rabdosia serra (Maxim.) H.Hara should be fresh-cut first and then dried in the shade.Rabdosia lophanthoides (Buch.-Ham.ex D.Don) H.Hara var.graciliflora (Benth.) H.Hara should be dried in the shade first and then drily cut considering the comprehensive evaluation of active constituents and cost of production.
