基于星座聚类方法的农村居民点用地整理时序研究

Consolidation Schedule of Rural Residential Land Based on Constellation Clustering Method

以济南市历城区为研究区域,选取影响农村居民点用地整理的自然条件、经济可行性、整理潜力、整理迫切度、村民接受度等12个指标,构建农村居民点用地整理时序评价指标体系,采用星座聚类方法,划分3个农村居民点用地整理优先等级区。结果表明,一级整理区分布在郭店镇、唐王镇、华山镇、孙村街道和巨野河街道,整理潜力为876.04 hm2,占全区居民点整理潜力的28.18%;二级整理区分布在遥墙镇、董家镇、港沟镇、仲宫镇和柳埠镇,整理潜力最大,为1 844.22 hm2;三级整理区分布在王舍人镇、彩石镇和西营镇,整理潜力为387.94 hm2,整理潜力较小。研究结果可为历城区农村居民点用地整理规划及合理安排整理项目提供参考。

Taking Licheng district of Ji＇nan province as research area and selecting 12 factors including natural conditions,economical feasibility,consolidation potential,land consolidation urgent degree and the acceptance of peasants,the paper established the evaluation index system for the consolidation schedule of rural residential land to divide land consolidation into three grades by constellation clustering method.The results showed that the consolidation area of grade Ⅰ are located in towns of Guodian,Tangwang,Huashan,Suncun and Juyehe with the consolidation potential 876.04 hm^2; the consolidation area of grade Ⅱ are located in towns of Yaoqiang,Dongjia,Ganggou,Zhonggong and Liubu with the largest consolidation potential of 1 844.22 hm^2; the consolidation area of grade Ⅲ are located in towns of Wangsheren,Caishi and Xiying with the consolidation potential 387.94 hm^2,which is the least consolidation potential area in Licheng district.The research results can provide references for rural residential land consolidation planning and selection of land consolidation project in Licheng district.
