摘要
以科研机构主导型为切入点,分析了湖北省构建科研机构主导型农业技术创新模式即"一体多翼双驱自组织"创新模式的紧迫性和可行性,提出该模式的形成过程与特点,并从内、外部驱动进行运行分析,为湖北省农业技术创新发展提供借鉴和参考。
With the scientific research institutions as an leading example,the urgency and feasibility of the construction of scientific research institutions leading agricultural technology innovation mode in Hubei province,named as ＂one subject multiple wings double-drive self-organization＂ was analyzed,and the formation process of the model and characteristics were put forward from both internal and external drives to operation analysis,providing reference for agricultural technology innovation and development in Hubei province.
