基于RTDS的区域保护系统动模试验研究

Research on Wide-area Protection System by RTDS

通过对朝阳66 k V区域保护进行动模试验,提出了基于RTDS的区域保护装置数字动模试验方案,分析了使用RTDS开展区域保护系统动模试验的必要性,介绍了区域保护动模试验方案,包括模型设计、平台搭建、试验项目等,定量检查了区域保护装置动态动作特性,并将试验中出现的问题进行了系统的分析,应用该方案可对区域保护系统进行比较全面的检测。

Taking Chaoyang 66 kV wide-area protection dynamic simulation test as an example, this paper presents a scheme of widearea protection digital dynamic simulation test by RTDS. The operating characteristics of the wide-area protection under various conditions are tested, the automatic back-up power supply function is tested, at the same time the test and analysis on the influence from both internal and external fault, The disconnection, switch abnormal position for automatic back-up power supply function are taken, the charge-discharge test of the automatic back-up power supply function and synchronization performance tests on comprehensive intelligence unit are made. Synchronization theory of it are analyzed, examining its synchronization performance. Quantitative examination of the dynamic operating characteristics of the wide-area protection device is made.
