摘要
鄂西北麦区是中国小麦条锈病较重要的冬繁区之一,在该地区种植与小麦条锈菌越夏区具有不同抗条锈病基因或遗传背景的品种(系)进行条锈菌阻隔,是减少条锈菌从越冬越夏区向华北、黄淮主产麦区传播的重要策略。为明确和筛选适合鄂北麦区种植的抗条锈病品种,对411份品种或高代材料进行了田间抗条锈病鉴定,获得3份对条中31、条中32和条中33免疫、13份近免疫的品种(系);采用最终病情指数和病程曲线下的面积2个指标对品种(系)的抗条锈病性进一步进行了分类和评价。
Northwestern Hubei province is one important reproduction area of stripe rust in winter. Planting cuhivars with dif- ferent resistance-genes or genetic backgrounds to that of the over-summer area in this area is an important strategy to barrier and control strip rust epidemic from the over-summer and over-winter area to the main wheat producing area of north and Huang-Huai area. To screen cultivars with the stripe rust resistance, 411 cultivars or high-generation breeding lines were identified in the field. The results showed that 3 were immune and 13 were nearly immune to the races 31, 32 and 35 of Puccinia striiformis. The cultivars with the same resistance on strip rust were further clarified and evaluated based upon the final disease index and the area under disease progress curve (AUDPC).
